Hi Marty,

I am not sure I have written to you or called you yet, but I wanted to make sure you knew how happy I was with your service. We spoke about a rickety stock laundry tub your man installed and you agreed to upgrade it to a much sturdier one that was a similar price.

Needless to say, I am much happier with the new tub. And that you took the trouble to exchange it, to satisfy your client. I very much appreciated how your stood behind your work and had integrity to carry better quality if you could find it. I hope you saw the difference too.

Ryan was awesome, and I'm glad that you'll let him know. You've also done work for Hiemstra Trailer Sales, and my brother Wayne Hiemstra, and I must say, you came highly recomended from him.

I NEVER ever hire anyone for work without asking someone I know, specially being a single woman. I hope that ryan gets a great pat on the back for this one! I know it was a pain in the butt job, and he did work very hard at getting it fixed.

Thank the fellows for me, it is wonderful to be able to turn a tap on and not have water all over the counter top. Both sink taps are working great.

Also, the kitchen sink is super, it doesn’t matter now as to what one I use, it goes down just great. It is pretty much like your motto, only it is the water going down my drain.

I'm just on the 401 on my way back from the airport and I wanted to extend a warm thanks for 2 awesome jobs last week. Your guys are simply amazing. First was the drain back- up where your guy came to the rescue just before the "s**t" started literally coming up and the second was losing heat on Friday night and it was Ray and Salliss Plumbing to the rescue once again. On another note, I want you to know that your guys that worked at our house were probably the best I've seen in a long time. I work with a lot of contractors being in the commercial property management business. They were polite, respective of my house, quick and very neat. I was really quite surprised at the hours they kept. I am sorry I did not get the worker's names but you probably know who they were.
